How we collect and use (process) your personal information
1. Personal information you give to us:
When you become a client of Goddess Cleo, we collect information about you including (but not limited to) your name or alias, your email address, your age and your sexual preferences
We process your personal information under Article 6(1)(b) performance of a contract and Article 9(2)(a) consent, in order to provide you will the service you have purchased. Goddess Cleo may also use this information to help us understand our customers’ needs and interests, to better tailor our products and services to meet those needs.
B. Live events and web conferences
Goddess Cleo hosts many events throughout the year. These include in-person events like Domina Parties for example, as well as live web shows (collectively “events”). If you register for one of our events and you are a client, we may not be aware of this as we do not cross link our data stores.
If you are a presenter at one of our events, we will collect information about you including your name, and contact information, and we may also collect information provided by event attendees who may evaluated your performance as a presenter. We may also make and store a recording of your voice and likeness in certain instances.
We keep a record of your participation in Goddess Cleo events as an attendee or presenter. This information will not be used to provide you with information about other events and publications. It may be used to help the Goddess Cleo understand our Clients needs and interests to better tailor our products and services to meet your needs.
Some of our events are run in conjunction with other companies and partners. Goddess Cleo provides an attendee list to these parties.
Goddess Cleo offers a great deal of content on our website. In addition to producing original content, Goddess Cleo also links to news feeds and blogs produced by others, from our website. This means you may find yourself on the Goddess Cleo website or reading an email from Goddess Cleo and we will offer you a link to another organization’s website where you will find content that we feel will be relevant and useful to you. At these times, you will be leaving the Goddess Cleo website. Goddess Cleo is not responsible or liable for content provided by these third-party websites or personal information they may happen to gather from you.
You may manage your subscriptions to Goddess Cleo newsletters by subscribing or unsubscribing at any time utilising the functionality provided by our mailing provider, Mail Chimp.
Goddess Cleo uses Google Analytics to track how often people gain access to or read our content. We use this information in the aggregate to understand what content our customers find useful or interesting, so we can produce the most valuable content and services to meet your needs.

We do utilise the services of email newsletter provider, namely Mailchimp which is based in the USA and is certified with the US Privacy Shield mechanism. You are in control of the details that you provide MailChimp and can delete your MailChimp account at any time. Goddess Cleo also minimizes the risk to your rights and freedoms by minimising and pseudonymising the data that we collect and store about you.
Data subject rights
